The Grumpy Brothers Vintage Variety Show
The Grumpy Brothers Vintage Variety Show is a pleasant journey down Memory Lane for us "Vintage Citizens". Grumpy One ( Russ Taylor) and Grumpy Too ( Paul Rogers) perform their live, one-of-a-kind, Vintage Variety Show featuring ageless pictures and film clips, familiar sing-a-longs, fun-filled skits, game shows, and lots of positive, hopeful energy. As retired teachers, we believe that all people love to play, sing, laugh and learn, regardless of age. The Grumpy Brothers Show is designed to rekindle fond memories, comfort aging hearts and bring smiles to vintage faces. We call it "Eldertainment".
Our intended audience is "Well Aged Folks" in senior housing or in skilled care/assisted living facilities, senior centers, adult day service programs, or any senior-oriented events or activities. We believe that everyone's life is a story worth honoring and remembering, and we encourage our audience to share their memories, stories, and experiences with trusted family and friends. Our show often celebrates Family Tales, created from interviews with residents from the places we visit.
